The extract records a personal insolvency agreement, not a bankruptcy. It shows the agreement was executed on 19 October 2020 and ended on 17 November 2025. The reason ended is shown as "S232 PIA obligations discharged". AFSA’s summary reads: "This individual’s property is no longer subject to control.
