I'm Zaffar Khan, a business transformation strategist and the founder of Zaffarology. This is my own account of my career and of a difficult period in my financial affairs, set out plainly, with the official documents beside it so you can read them yourself.

Background
I have more than 40 years of business experience and I'm the author of more than 50 books on business, entrepreneurship and personal development. I've built and run businesses, and I've spent my career helping other entrepreneurs grow with practical systems and accountability. 2020 to 2025
On 19 October 2020 I entered a personal insolvency agreement under Part X of the Bankruptcy Act. This is not bankruptcy. It is a formal arrangement with creditors. The agreement ended on 17 November 2025, and the Australian Financial Security Authority records the reason as "S232 PIA obligations discharged". Its record states that my property is no longer subject to control and the obligations of the agreement have been discharged. Apart from this agreement, I have never been bankrupt in Australia. I hold a National Police Certificate issued by the Australian Federal Police on 9 October 2026. It records no disclosable court outcomes as at 30 September 2026. It is a name check only, and I've published it, with personal details removed, so you can read exactly what it says and what it doesn't.

Today I run Zaffarology, a business transformation program (Royal Trade Pty Ltd, trading as Zaffarology). I teach practical systems for entrepreneurs through workshops held in 2026 on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane, built on the Zaffarology 5 Pillars.
